We’re currently experiencing an increase in enquiries from our US customers regarding delayed FedEx deliveries. A number of parcels are currently held up at the Memphis sorting facility.
While FedEx hasn’t released an official statement, recent peak trading periods including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas are causing congestion across their network.
Our team is keeping a close eye on the situation, and we appreciate your patience and empathy when supporting customers who reach out about their order status.
What’s Causing the Delays?
FedEx has confirmed that the delays are due to a significant spike in Christmas-related shipping volume. This is unfortunately impacting transit times across the US and internationally.
Although our standard delivery window to the US is 6–10 business days, parcels may take a little longer during this seasonal peak. These delays are expected to clear soon as network congestion eases.
If you require further information or you would like to lodge a claim, please reach out to FedEx directly. We have been advised that they will only liaise with the recipient regarding these delays.
