What is a Virtual Fit Check?
A Virtual Fit Check is a one-on-one video call with one of our friendly, knowledgeable Customer Service team members. It’s your chance to chat face-to-face about fit, comfort, and style, all from the comfort of your home.
You don’t need to have made a purchase to book a session. However, please note that we can’t facilitate an in-store shopping experience virtually. We recommend pairing your Virtual Fit Check with our On-Loan Service if you’ve ordered extra pairs to try and would like guidance on which fit or style works best for you.
When are Virtual Fit Checks available?
Our Virtual Fits are available 7 days a week, from 11:30 am to 6:30 pm (NZST).
If you’re located outside of this timezone, don’t worry. When you book, our calendar automatically converts the times to your local timezone using your location. (Heads up: if you’re using a VPN, this feature may be inaccurate.) You can always double-check your timezone in the scheduler by selecting it from the dropdown menu on the left-hand side.
How do I book a Virtual Fit Check?
You can book your session directly through our Virtual Fittings page, or by chatting with our friendly Customer Service team via the live chat on our website.
I’ve booked. What are the next steps?
Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need, including the link to join your session.
This email also includes instructions on how to reschedule or cancel your appointment if needed. Please double-check that you entered the correct email address at the time of booking. If you don’t see your confirmation email, check your junk, spam, or promotions folders. Still can’t find it? Get in touch with our team via chat, phone, or email, and we’ll happily resend it.
What do I need to bring to my Virtual Fit Check?
All you’ll need is:
- Yourself!
- A reliable internet connection
- A laptop, smartphone, or tablet with a camera and microphone enabled
- Any on-loan shoes or pairs you’d like to discuss. Keep them close by so we can chat through fit and comfort together.
Is a Virtual Fit Check recorded?
Yes, to ensure each session is safe, helpful, and consistent, we record our Virtual Fit sessions. Recordings are used solely for training and safety purposes and are automatically deleted after 90 days.
If you’d prefer your recording to be deleted sooner, just let us know, and we’ll happily arrange that. Our goal is to create a safe, respectful space for everyone.
How do I cancel or reschedule my Virtual Fit Check?
You can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment using the instructions provided in your confirmation email.
