When is the sale?
The Big Bared Sale starts at 6 AM Tuesday, 19 August 2025 (NZST) and ends at 9:59 PM Friday, 22 August 2025 (NZST).
What are the terms and conditions of the sale?
Sale prices are as marked. The sale is online only (not valid in-store) and available only during the promotional period: 8 AM Tuesday, 19 August 2025 (AEST) until 11:59 PM Friday, 22 August 2025 (AEST). No lay-bys, rain-checks or refunds are available. Sale purchases can be returned for a store credit, or exchanged. No refunds. Size exchanges (no colour or style change) will have sale price honoured. Style/colour exchanges will be charged at full price. Please keep in mind that there will be a price difference to pay. 'Final Sale’ items are final and not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund. Store credits are not transferable. Discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount code and are not available on accessories, shoe care, gift cards, or selected items on pre-order.
Can I change my order after it's been placed?
During sale periods we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed.
Is the sale applicable site wide?

How do I receive a discount during the sale?
All shoes will be individually reduced in price on our website. Simply add the product to your cart and proceed to check out. There is no discount code to further reduce items, the sale is NOT in conjunction with any other offer.
What items are on-sale?
All styles will be individually reduced in price on our website. To confirm the reduction simply head to the product page of the style you are looking for.
Is Click & Collect available in-store during the sale?
Click & Collect will not be available during the Big Bared Sale.
Is the store open during the sale?
Our New Market store will be open and trading regular hours during the sale, however, the sale prices are online only and will not be available in-store.
