We completely understand how frustrating it can be when the zip is almost there but just not quite! Our boots are crafted from high-quality leather, which can feel a little firm to begin with. The good news is that leather naturally softens with wear, and in most cases, you’ll find the zips become easier to do up after just a couple of wears.
We recommend starting by zipping them up as far as you comfortably can, and even during the first wear, you may notice the leather begin to give. With each wear, they should continue to soften until you're able to zip them up with ease.
