What is the 'On-Loan' service?
Online shopping just got a whole lot easier with our 'On-Loan' service. This fabulous offering allows you to try two extra pairs of shoes in the comfort of your own home. At no extra cost to you, you can compare sizes or styles and try different fitting options provided in our Fit Kit.
We ask that you wear your shoes around the house (on the carpet) before venturing out, as we can only accept returns for shoes in as-new condition.
How do I make an on-loan request?
Simply add the style you wish to purchase to your cart. Before checking out, you will see a box that says 'Additional Information'. Here you can write the name, colour and size of two shoes we'll send you at no extra cost.
Note:
- We can only send on-loan requests with full-price orders. If you purchase an item on sale, your on-loan request will not be fulfilled.
- please check stock availability before making your request. If the item is out of stock online, we won't be able to send the shoe(s) to you.
I've requested some 'On Loan' pairs. What happens next?
The additional pair(s) will be sent out to you as soon as possible. You'll receive tracking notifications once the ‘On Loan’ pairs have been dispatched. Hold onto any other Bared shoes you have for now, until you finalise what you would like to keep.
Once your ‘On Loan’ shoes arrive, we encourage you to try them on and walk around to see how they fit. Please wear your shoes around the house first, as we can only accept returns for shoes that are in ‘as-new’ condition.
Compare the ‘On Loan’ sizes/styles with the shoes from your original order and try all the fitting options provided, to help you find the perfect pair. If you have any fitting or styling questions, reach out to us.

If you’re still not walking on sunshine, we’ll happily pay the return shipping on any or all pairs, please follow the instructions in this article below then get in contact with us to arrange a return shipping label.
