If there's no price difference:
If there is no price difference for the pair you're keeping, simply reach out to our Customer Care team and they'll create the return documents for you.
If there's a price difference:
Reach out to our Customer Care team to settle your account. Once finalised, we will then email you a return label to post back the unwanted pairs.
Please note:
We send all orders in compostable shipping bags to minimise our environmental impact. These compostable bags can be re-used for your return, so that our Bared shoe boxes stay protected in transit.
Simply pop your boxed shoes in the postage bag and peel off the second sticky strip to seal the parcel.
Once we receive your return parcel at Bared HQ, please allow up to 5 business days for your exchange/return to be processed. Once processed, you will receive an email receipt.
