We ship from multiple countries, so your parcel may be handled by different couriers such as Australia Post, New Zealand Post, DHL Express, FedEx, or USPS. Once your order has been dispatched, the respective courier will send an email to you containing a tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel.
We aim to have all orders dispatched within two business days of you placing your order.

Note:
If your order has been shipped from our New Zealand using New Zealand Post, once it clears Australian customs it will be handed over to Australia Post for delivery. Please use your New Zealand Post tracking number on the Australia Post website to track your delivery.
